Effective Date: 23 April 2025

1. Introduction

1.1. These Terms of Business ("Agreement") govern the provision of marketing services by Propel Growth Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") to the Client ("you" or "your").

1.2. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Term and Termination

2.1. This Agreement commences on the date of onboarding and continues for a period of twelve (12) months, unless terminated earlier in accordance with clause 2.3.

2.2. Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the other party.

2.3. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.

3. Services

3.1. We agree to provide the following marketing services ("Services") to you:

• Development and implementation of marketing strategies
• Creation and management of advertising campaigns
• Search engine optimisation (SEO)
• Social media management
• Content creation and marketing
• Email marketing campaigns
• Analytics and performance tracking

3.2. We reserve the right to modify the Services with prior notice to ensure the best outcomes for you.
